Our ribs consist of our house-made “Honey Baby” rub and slow smoked until they slide off the bone willingly or unwillingly

"Low - N - Slow" Smoked Brisket

$24.95 per lbs (Minimum 5 lbs)

Slow Smoked in Mesquite, Pecan and Oak our Brisket, flat-sliced, point-chopped has plenty to share or you can just curl up in a corner and keep this jewel all to yourself

Smoked Pulled Pork

$21.95 per lbs (Minimum 5 lbs)

Rubbed to perfection, slow smoked in Pecan, Oak, and Mesquite wood our pulled pork is so “Butta”, plainly put, it’s not even funny

Smoked Chicken - Dark Meat

Brined in our house marinade, our smoked chicken is fall off the bone delicious

Re-heating Instructions


Brisket, Pulled Pork & Ham 

  • Pre-heat oven to 300
  • Remove the lid and replace with aluminum foil to cover the entire pan
  • During the re-heating phase, you will need to baste (use spoon to pour juices over meat to keep moist) every 10 mins (VERY IMPORTANT) 
  • Heat until warm ( 30-45 mins) Oven times may vary

Ribs & Chicken 

  • Pre-heat oven to 275
  • Remove the lid - DO NOT COVER
  • During the re-heating phase, you will need to baste (use spoon to pour juices over meat to keep moist) every 7-10 mins (VERY IMPORTANT) 
  • Heat until warm ( 20 - 30mins) Oven times may vary

Turkey 

  • Pre-heat oven to 275 
  • Loosely Cover turkey with foil (remove HC label) 
  • Baste (use spoon or turkey baster to pour juices over turkey to keep moist) the turkey every 10 mins (VERY IMPORTANT) 
  • Heat until warm ( 30-45 mins) Oven times may vary

Beans, Mac & Cheese, Cabbage and Red Beans 

  • Pre-heat to 275 
  • Remove lid and replace with aluminum foil to cover the entire pan
  • Heat until warm (15 - 25 mins) Oven times may vary 

Potato Salad 

  • Keep refrigerated
